Custom Orders & Deposits

For all custom nail sets, the following applies:

• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required upfront before work begins
• Custom orders will not be started without a deposit
• Deposits secure your order and cover materials and design time

Remaining Balance Shipping Policy:

• The remaining balance is due before shipping
• Orders will not be shipped until payment is paid in full

Payment Policy: Local Pickup

We accept the following payment methods:

• Venmo
• Zelle (available for local pickup only)

All payments must be completed in full before orders are shipped or released.

Local Pickup: 

• Local pickup is available by arrangement
• Zelle payments are accepted for local pickup orders

Pickup details will be shared after purchase confirmation.
