- All sales are FINAL.
- Due to the custom nature of press-on nails and for sanitary reasons, I do not offer returns or refunds.
- Each order includes time, product, and custom work, so refunds will not be given once an order is placed.
- If there is an issue with your order, you must contact me within 48 hours of delivery.
- Clear photos of the issue are required in order for me to review and help with any order concerns.
- I will do my best to work with you and make sure you receive what you paid for, but refunds and returns will not be issued.
